We’re in the process of transitioning Designers for Learning’s courses from Thinkific to our new home on Canvas – more to follow on our exciting partnership with Instructure Canvas in an upcoming newsletter! As a first step in the tedious process of course migration, we have our Design in the Open challenge up and running on Canvas.
- Our aim in offering this Design in the Open challenge is to help you cultivate your professional presence in your chosen field. Several of our friends are featured in the course through video interviews, including Kristin Anthony, Tonia Dousay, Jeff Goumas, and Christy Tucker.
- As a low-fee self-directed course ($20), you’ll work at your own pace through the material and 100% of the proceeds go to fund Designers for Learning’s overhead.

- If you already enrolled and paid for the Design in the Open course on Thinkific, check your email for instructions on how to access the Canvas course for no additional charge. Invitations went out to prior enrollees yesterday.
Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll also send out an announcement about the migration of our Mobile Learning Design Sprint.
